HI EVERYBODY AND WELCOME TO THE 47th WEEK OF
"MONDAY'S MUSIC MOVES ME"
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and welcome to MONDAY'S MUSIC MOVES ME TOMOSER STYLE! Our Head Conductor of this LOVE TRAIN is XmasDolly! Co-Conductors are Lorie of The Shewbridges of Celebration, Florida,, LARRY from Cakeblast, CALLIE from JAmericanSpice, and Stacy from Stacy Uncorked. Just a bunch of swingin' people that Mooooooves Me!
SO ALL ABOARD EVERYBODY! DON'T PUSH! DON'T SHOVE! There's room for everybody! They're eager to greet us at the station. So get on board. Okay, signing in to their linky first; leaving a comment on my way out to the next stop because I already have their cool button then taking the train to the next stop to see/hear the next sounds of coolness, AND this week I decided to display their linky too. I'm sure it'll be easy to keep track on who I'm visiting. So, before you leave to go to your next stop, and this week's theme is a "Theme from your favorite TV show" so I'd like to share with you my all time favorite, but it's not on TV any longer, but still love the reruns or on tape. I hope you enjoy it.
It's the theme from "Peter Gunn"!
While I was at youtube I found one more I use to watch!
The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
I don't know either of these but thanx for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE YOUR CHOICES~!!!
ReplyDeleteThose are before my time, but loved the themes! :)
ReplyDeleteBoob Tube Tunage: MMMM
These are before me, but cool themes!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing with us!
I second Stacy and Jamerican - these are before me, but the theme from Peter Gunn sounds familiar. It must be from watching old movies (I'm a happy fan of old, vintage, antiques, mostly anything old).
ReplyDeleteHi Mr Cool, thanks for dropping by my nook and signing in to my google friend connect. I can't sign in on yours to reciprocate though. My avatar isn't showing up so I am putting a link of your blog on my sidebar so my friends and visitors will find their way to your place. See you around. And oh, yes you would have made a good spy :)
Yes, the theme from Peter Gunn has showed up in the Pink Panther movies, if I'm not mistaken. Of course, Blake Edwards created the Pink Panther movies so maybe this theme song was adapted in one of the PP movies. Both of these old spy shows were popular either before my birth or shortly after. I do recall hearing of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. In fact, we have one of the paperback novels, which must have belonged to my husband's older brothers.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these two theme songs. Personally, I love them both even if I were too little to know of them first-hand!
Have a wonderful day,
